JOB OVERVIEW
The Customer Experience Specialist (CX Specialist) is responsible for the promotion, daily maintenance, and operation of the Inventory Management program (VMI).
Local travel required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships within the VMI customer base
- Act as liaison between customers and salesforce
- Capture data for new VMI opportunities
- Populate and maintain VMI records within the appropriate software databases
- Evaluate customer stocking levels of VMI records based upon usage
- Capture, manage, and deliver VMI orders
- Manage local crib room inventory
- Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated w/ positive attitude
- Strong customer service and active listening skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail skills
- Strong time management and multi-task skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Proficient computer skills w/ the ability to learn new software
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics
- 1+ years of inventory control or purchase order experience
